Pros & Cons
Pros
The dough hook is very effective at mixing for breads and thicker flours such as whole wheat atta for indian roti. Homemade rolls, mashed potatoes, cookies. It works well for cupcake, cake and buttercream. Finally owning a kneading machine.
The tilt-head makes the back part stand up for easy bowl removal. It has a shield over the mixing bowl to prevent splatter. The bowl is light weight enough for me to handle the batter by myself.
None of it is recommended for dishwasher, but it's been insanely easy to clean and reinstalled. Only drawback is the dough hook and beater blade need to be handwashed.
Cons
About 10 months after purchase with intermittent regular use. When it's only 2/3 functional, that's not incredibly helpful. Don't purchase their appliances, they are worthless.

Tip: save yourself a few hundred dollars and buy this product.
In setting it up, i know it won't go anywhere with the amount of suction i get.
I am very unhappy with this purchase!
Price
The inexpensive price was great i used it to make two cakes so far and tiramisu.
Competitiveness
I bought this because it was a food network reccomend buy.
As good as the more expensive models.
I couldn't justify spending 400-500 on a popular name brand stand so i bought this one.
I returned a famous brand prior to this for struggling on this crucial task.
