Pros

Overall, this water cooler is basically inexpensive and does a fabulous job at making icy water or hot water extremely convenient to use. It saves space from needing a pitcher in the fridge so it has been amazing to always have cold water on hand.

This water cooler accepts the zen unit perfectly in my opinion. It also has a child safety lock keeping the water off the floor. It does exactly as advertised.

This is great for things like cocoa, oatmeal, and recipes that call for boiling water. We also drink tea every morning, so it would be nice to have this anyway.

Cons

The reservoir overflows every time a new water bottle is put on spilling all over the place. It's only about 36 tall, meaning you will be bending over far to dispense water. It hurts my back to be bent over like that.

Last, the packaging was very well done with bands and tape to make sure the box stayed secure, and the shipping to me was super quick.
