Pros
After 2 months, it still retains it's shape and softness. It is soft, yet supportive. The pillow is that perfect soft firm so that it keeps its loft.
It has a lovely quilted bamboo fabric cover that easily zippers off for washing. The case is nice and soft. The plush bamboo cover is a bonus! It adds an extra layer of softness.
I am a side sleeper without spondylolisthesis. I still have some lower back soreness/stiffness in the mornings. The pain relieving patches have great reviews for ‘spot reliving pain’.
Cons
Body pillow is as flat as a pancake and is not like any body pillow i've ever had. Lumpy, heavy, and flat.
The pillow is way too fat, unless you are bow legged. I woke up to my hip hurting so bad the next morning. Zero knee cushioning. Zero hip support.

As you can imagine this makes everyday motions standing sitting and sleeping very uncomfortable and even painful at times

Mine didnt arrive completly vacuum packed

If you hold the pillow and shake it all down to one end there is probably 14 of it not filled at the top

It is not super heavy to move at night but it is a pain to switch from side to side since i am short
