Brilliant in the summer too for cocktailsoperationthe ice maker took about 15 mins to get going and start producing but then every 9 mins 6 cubes fell into the little bucket within the lid

To set it up simply poor tap water into the compartment under the ice bucket bin and then replace the bucket and close the lid

The machine does absolutely everything else for you and starts producing the first ice cubes within around 10 minutes

When it’s making the ice cubes it does produce a little noise similar to a small freezer and then the clattering noise of the ice butts it wasn’t so loud that i thought it was an issue

After filling the water tank and starting the process i got 9 bulletshaped lumps of ice every 9 minutes depends on the ambient temperature

This means that if you wanted to use this to generate ice for your party for instance you would need to set it going a couple of hours before you need the ice by which time you should have a basket full of ice
