It fits the z bar perfectly. Easy to install. This is very sturdy!
Cons
The'male' end that goes into the vertical pole is too small to fit snuggly. The 'female' end is the exact same diameter, making it too small for the upper piece to fit.

I only wish that this cover had two access zippers more to the sides instead of just the one in the middle

Having the one zipper in the middle made it a little difficult when you have to take something from the rack when its covered

I thought they were the same thats why i ordered the plastic cover but my rack doesnt have the pre drilled holes for the cover to work
