Got this for my roommates dog. She likes it from the get go. My jack russell really likes this dog bed. I'm 76 years old, & have purchased allot of pet beds, but these are the best!

The product came in a compressed package and didn’t look like someone’s returned item so it felt good!
So that's the only thing that i am disappointed with.

In my opinion the shape is more like an oval and the center of the bed can easily be flattened
