Pros

The company has exceptional customer service. The quality is better than expected. Meets or even a step above expectations. High quality bamboo fabric.

Very soft and satiny. This pillowcase is comfortable especially in the summer. I get hot very easily at nigh, and i absolutely love how refreshed my face feels in the morning.

Cons

The pillowcases are flimsy and shrank after 1 wash. Would not even cover a standard size pillow.

They shrink after 1 wash and are a wrinkled mess. They are silky when you get them but after washing they are nothing special.

The fabric is extremely thin and artificial feeling. The color is also off, almost as if they spilled some taupe brown into the blue dye. Softness is okay.

Original: i washed/low tumble dryed them once and the whole outer edges scrunched together like they were a hair scrunchy.

It does not make you sweat and it is very soft.
