Pros

These are so soft and have not flattened at all but not too firm they give me neck cramps. They are super fluffy and full. Once you cut open the sealed bag, they start to expand immediately!

These are true quality, and i will definitely repurchase for my spare guest room! Pleasantly falling asleep, staying asleep and waking without a headache or stiff neck.

Cons

The description is inaccurate. The price and quality are extremely unbalanced.

Filling is just regular old fluff polyester like you’d find in mass sale bags at walmart. It is thin, and very lumpy. Even with two stacked on top of each other, my head and neck are flat on the mattress.

It loses it shape once vacuumed. No firmness. More like a lump noodle than a firm pillow.
