This pump is unique with the pump being in the radiator.

Very easy to install very quiet works excellent

Overall decent quality but it is a very cheap fins on the heatsink.

Hence my concern about the longevity of this product.

Packaging - decent, needs a bit more to protect the fins, mine was not damaged.

The packaging was good and included some thermal paste/grease which i didn't use.

Works like a charm, high quality,i recommend this to everyone.

I used this on a lga 775 pentium 4 3.

Following the directions the cooler was easy to install for an am3+ 8350 system.

With a an oversized air-cooler and fan i stayed at 66* for comparison.
