This is an all around awesome product.

Easy to install on the wall but i ended up flipping it over and have it sitting on my counter with the paper towels coming out the top.

I run a club and bought one just to check out the quality.

Doesn't take up counter space, and i don't get into arguments with the perforations on paper towels.

Everyone in the office was getting frustrated and we had pieces of paper all over the floor it was extreme frustration

I took a video of the issue and went next door to take a video of the other brand dispenser to show how smoothly the other dispenser dispensed the paper towels and i was going to come to amazon to show how awful this unit was compared to the other
