Not a single warning on packaging about frequency of use. Unfortunately, this toothpaste burns inside my cheeks, lips, and tongue.

Have heard that these toothpastes with charcoal are not good for the tooth enamel.

I switched to charcoal toothpaste about 3 years ago and never looking back.

Worth the money for the three pack since i love this brand.
