Unit was packed well and easy to put together and start using. Easy to start and operation is smooth. This has an axial cam pump (common in pressure washers 3500 psi or less) and it has the most reliable brand of engine, a honda.
It comes with 3 different spray tips. To make it spray more powerful, you just get closer to the area you're spraying. It has enough power for anything i threw at it.
The wheels aren't inflatable and are pretty sturdy. Easy to use, powerful, and not a load of bricks to lug around. It’s quite sturdy/rigid.
Cons
The tag on the motor cautions owners not to use the pressure washer if the air filer is soaked in oil. Amazon shipped out another unit the same day.

It’s a quality brand that i trust so i was happy to get right to work with it!
Hopefully, the build quality continues to be as good as this pressure washer.
I'm going with the right detergent and the force of this pressure washer i can get most if not all of it off the blacktop.

It is a great value itself for the reasonably low price point.
So you at least get some peace of mind knowing that you're using something from a reputable brand.

The engine starts and runs as it should but the water pressure does not change

Water flows throughout the system out the high pressure wand but at no greater pressure than the input water pressure flow rate stays the same whether engine running or off

It was difficult to find a repair shop but i found one 21 miles away and left the unit there for warranty work

Not all craftsman tools are made in the usa anymore and the name was sold to stanley black and decker
