Pros

The saw itself is heavyduty yet lightweight. This saw is great for the average homeowner/handyman. The saw is very durable.

Easy and accurate to use. Not cheaply made. Inexpensive quality for a change. I am excited to start on more projects now.

This tool cuts through the slab with ease! The blade guard moves smoothly, it's powerful, and has a solid feel to it. Cuts plywood easily and evenly.

Pleasantly pleased. Bought as a gift, recipient is happy. No problems.

Only drawback is this is a corded saw. The hanger on the handle is a nice bonus. The handles have a comfortable rubber grip that fits nicely in his hands.

Cons

Hated the cheap china internal metal components. Lasted only a few cuts and bearings or drive gears stripped. The pivot joint or hinge for the cutting depth control is too loose. This leads to the blade wandering side to side.

I previously had for over 20 years the same brand of saw but, it is too heavy and has two triggers.

But for the price i am not complaining.
