Pros

I use it for work so it’s not a big concern, ince i will stay on it for 30mins at best. Only minor flaw is the fairly thin padding.

The stool is sturdy and very well designed.

Cons

The seat sits only on the center pipe that is the hydraulic lift and no other support. The cushion is so thin you can barely feel it over the wood. Seat cushion has maybe 1/2 of padding and the stitching is already unraveling.

The handle/lever that adjust the height was broken in pieces and a black piece that looks used, as well as a ripped instruction, manual. An uncomfortable seat, that's super annoying to put together because of the lack of thought put into the tools.

The 1 3/4” or so center point just jams together, no other support is provided. There's barely any padding on them. Virtually no cushioning.

The box within the shipping box looks as if it were damaged with a forklift.

But i found once i did open the box and removed all parts packages, not a scratch to be found.
