Pros
Craftsman seem like they have a little less of the unwanted flex than the harbor freights. These snips are also easier to use than my straight tin snips which are bulky and have no spring. These are very sharp and cut through vinyl siding with ease.

If youre cutting round ventilation pipe you will want the offset snips or the shortshear snips
