Quality

I am impressed with the auto ratchet.

Charges right back up quickly with the included charger.

I'm not fond of it as the 1/4 and 3/8 adapters tend to slip out with the smaller sockets like a 10mil.

Price

The price was irresistible as the battery and charger alone at sears were more that the the ratchet which include both those items.
