Pros
Works awesome. Granted, it's not being put to much of a test, but works well and stores easily for my purpose. It lives up to the description and my husband loves using it!
Instant torque means you can cut quickly when you push the button. An adjustable handle. A retractable arm.
Cons
Trimmer eats up to twice as much line as my old string chomper. No replacement spool for this trimmer (i have looked and i have called and emailed the manufacturer- craftsman).

With my old trimmer i would have to stop every 5 to 10 minutes because the line would unspool or hide back into the housing

I had a rechargeable battery weedeater that was heavy awkward to use and then the battteries wouldnt hold a charge and then the charger failed

This year it took us a while to get going because of weather and the grass was up too might for our mower to mow it

We did have to go over a few spots more than once but that is more than likely because our grass was so high not because the weedwhacker wasnt working well

When we get the yard under better control ill be able to know more because it wont have to work so hard to make sure that the edges stay nice
