Pros & Cons
Pros
The flashlight produces a strong beam and great for emergencies.
It stores enough energy from the solar charging and crank charging that i can use the flash light or play the radio without battery backup. It has a flashlight, the ability to charge usb devices and multiple ways of being charged itself.

Radio has built-in rechargeable battery that can be charged through solar, through a hand crank and through a standard cell phone charger. It charges from the computer/wall with a micro-usb cable (included), if you want.
It also has a solar panel on top for solar power. The solar panel is quite sensitive and responds to even low levels of light.
Cons
The only way to get this type of package open is with a box cutter knife. There is one major flaw and sadly it' s a deal breaker for me. Only the siren.

First of all, it's some work to get it out of the package.
Then you can extend the antenna, or fold out the handcrank.
Competitiveness
There's a full-size usb port for using the radio's built-in battery to recharge devices.
It charges from the computer/wall with a micro-usb cable (included), if you want.
