The craftsman * saw is a smooth-running, solid tool with a really nice variable trigger and easy blade swapping. It cuts better than my other saw, which wanders real bad, and even cost more.

This is the third jigsaw i have owned, and so far i'm loving it. This isn't a contractor-grade jigsaw but it does a great job at an extremely reasonable price. Used this to cut wood to make a water bed support cut notches easily.

Cons

The motor works, but no longer can engage the blade. No exhaust vent so the dust goes everywhere. Should have gone with dewalt for the quality.

0-amp craftsman jig saw, is of medium construction and is a mid range power tool.

Maybe i’m biased because i worked at sears but craftsman product hardly ever fail to impress me.

Price

It was exactly what i had been looking for and the price was right.

This is a great price for an orbital jig saw with craftsman's quality.

At the price, it seems like a winner.

I got it at a deal price of less than $40.
