Pros & Cons
Pros
Fits perfectly and just torqued 20 lug nuts. All that’s needed is a flat screwdriver to pry the tabs at the back of the socket. Used to remove a 24mm transmission fill plug on my 07 tundra.
Cons
Good for a cheap throwaway socket. It's not usable for anything that requires some actual torque. The listing states shallow and it is not. Shouldn't need a drill or considering a blow torch to get the packaging off.
Highlights
Quality
Durable, well made (shiny, pretty thing…) and just perfect i needed for the low clearance application.
These were exactly as advertised and are quality craftsman tools just like the rest of the set.
The plastic insert is very simply removed by slipping a flat-blade screwdriver into the socket and unclipping it.
If you lubricant the plastic insert and sockets the first time the plastic insert come straight out.
Price
Excellent product for the money can't beat the price and it's very reliable and got the job done.
Was a good price so i purchased.
Good price and works as it should
Packaging/appearance
You can remove the plastic packaging using pliers and working each side out a bit at a time.
Came as described and works very well.
The many packaging complaints in the reviews are erroneous.
I like the quality of the product and was well packed.
Competitiveness
I am glad craftsman sells single sockets, as other brands i looked at only sold in sets.

Show i am posting a picture of the very unmangled tag that it took me about 10 seconds to remove yes i had to use a simple common tool to remove it but that was all it took

My point being if one cannot figure out something like this i would be embarrassed to call myself a mechanic
