Pros & Cons
Pros
These are so easy to install on my craftsman weedwhacker. Knocks down small weeds, thick weeds, and edges like a charm. I mow and * eat twice a week and have quite a good amount of ground to cover.
Original manufacturer spools for my craftsman * eater. Can't beat the cost for 3spools. All without stopping to restring or beat the spool. Black and decker is carrying the torch forward now.
Highlights
Quality
These are so easy to use and require seconds to replace!
Easy to use, not heavy at all.
The spools appear to be machine wound.
This is a must if you have the electrical weed trimmer , the other stuff doesn’t work with automatic feeder
Price
Easy to use and not much more expensive than buying bulk line.
Considering i’ve had my weedeater for over a year and this is the first time changing the string, i feel this was an amazing deal.
Hard to find in store and it’s cheaper online
The trimmer line lasts for about two yard jobs over time this gets to be costly.
Competitiveness
Lowe's has these, but they are often out of stock where i live in tx.

It appears the string is wound too tightly on the spool causing a self welding of the strin to itself

When these points are reached the string breaks inside the spool and requires disassembly of the spool holder to fix

You always have to get some extra wire
