I called amazon to report the crack in the front grill and they called craftsman on my behalf to request a replacement but couldnt get in contact with craftsman so instead they offered to replace the mower or offer a discount

The lady i spoke with advised that since the discount would void the 30day return policy that i try it out a few times and if everythings still great by the end to call back and i could still receive a discount

This is the awsome craftsman t225 mower same mower as the t240 except this has the briggs and stratton 19hp engine 3 gallon gas tank high back seat engine meter cant find this model t225 at lowes only at amazon shipping comes from tennessee mtd base plant
