I received the mower with the front grill cracked as seen in the picture

I called amazon to report the crack in the front grill and they called craftsman on my behalf to request a replacement but couldnt get in contact with craftsman so instead they offered to replace the mower or offer a discount

The lady i spoke with advised that since the discount would void the 30day return policy that i try it out a few times and if everythings still great by the end to call back and i could still receive a discount

Comfortable seat however the safety seat switch is centered and built in meaning everytime you resituate yourself you inadvertently kill the engine
