Durability, readability, ergonomics, and unique functionality make this a winner. The retracting speed is controllable and it feels very well made.

Cons

Don’t get fooled with the pictures. Bad product. Not very durable. Will be sending them back. They actually want the defective item returned.

The tape measure was used relatively infrequently in my wood shop, and has totally stopped retracting today. The tape is too flimsy floppy and makes it impossible to measure upwards or on a wall. No tape measurer was attached to the label.
