Pros

The retractable tape measure works well and the locking mechanism is strong. The measuring tapes measures 25' which is great for any wood working project or measuring to see if your bed will fit where you want it.

Small and convenient for household use. Better than the cheap ones from harbor freight or the big box stores. Replaces a broken one.

Cons

Tape lock fails to stay in place and unlocks on its own when the tape is moved. Latch mechanism no longer works. Besides, this item is a lot fatter than i wanted.
