Pros

Good value and prompt shipping.

The ruler retracts, locks and the numbers are clear and easy to read. Extends and retracts smooth and not too fast. The ruler slides out smoothly and recoils well. A pretty solid tape measurer.

This product is solidly built and works well for the average homeowners and semi-pro. The case is plastic but does seem durable. The tape has a good balance of flexibility/stiffness.

Cons

Not at all durable or useful, frankly. Only received the packaging it was supposed to come in. Spend another $10 - $15 and get a milwaukee brand or similar.

This tape measure was used relatively infrequently in my wood shop, and has totally stopped retracting today. Tape gets stuck and does not retract back. The tape is very thin and i have already a * it.
