Pros & Cons
Pros
Comes with 2 20v batteries with level indicators and one charger. Batteries hold a long charge and do not take very long to recharge. I have an additional battery and charger because i have a lawnmower.
Great for a starter set and to gain experience with. Nice rubber and plastic grips. Light is nice too for projects that aren’t well lit.
Lightweight and do not cause wrist fatigue. We use mostly snap-on & milwaukee brand, but they are very pricey. We like that they're light weight, yet sturdy and durable.
Highlights
Quality
Very impressed with the power, and battery life on this drill set.
This is a great set and love the battery life and trigger control.
Should have never passed quality control or they have no quality control.
Unfortunately the drill does not function because it has a defective clutch
Price
Got it for a really good price perfect for any repairs or construction around the house or small to medium sized projects 👍
I purchased these tools on sale for far less than retail price, so for what i paid, excellent tools.
At $147, you get a $55 charger, an $80 drill, and an $80 impact.
I didn't buy mine from amazon, as lowes was blowing these out at $59.
Competitiveness
I got this 40 dollars less than the same dewalt combo.
I compared this to dewalt 20v drills & i have to say those one (craftsman) outperforms then!
After looking at milwaukee and dewalt i decided that for my needs i simply could not justify the price of those brands.
