Their product is absolutely sound, and when i recently had a (very rare) issue, they corrected it kindly and quickly.

Very nice frame for the price and easy to use

Great quality at a great price point.

These are drawbacks in my opinion for this product based on the cost.

Cons: (1) you have to attach either a sawtooth hanger or wire w/d-ring hangers yourself; (2) a little pricey (but worth the money).

Shipping

I ordered two frames, i received the larger one today and it was damaged from shipping.

I ordered this frame twice and both times the wrong size was sent.

Packaging/appearance

It was packaged so well, the best, most secure packaging i have ever seen a frame arrive in!

From the packaging protecting the frame to its overall look this frame is extremely nice, and it’s a great addition to any room.

The way these frames are carefully packaged, ensures no damage and is just unmatched imo.

I still have to hang it but i put the picture inside and it’s perfect!
