Pros

The quality and craftsmanship of it is good especially for its price. You will not be disappointed. Their customer service is excellent!

I am a photographer so i am picky when it comes to frames! Nicely made. The only downside is that it makes the other frames i already had look sad by comparison.

The clear window is plexiglass, pliable and covered with protective film both sides. The plastic overlay is also well-packaged and fit perfectly. No scratches or damage.

Cons

Beautiful frame, but too small for stretched canvas labeled with same dimensions. The frame is much narrower than it looks in the picture. The back of the frame is damaged at the seams.

Tried to salvage with wood glue, but still no luck. Requesting return. I have no time for the returning process that consumes time and money.

They are light as a feather. The styrene is very thin and flimsy. It's not trashed but just not in excellent condition.
