I received it and it appeared that the plastic glass was damaged but was happy to find out that both sides were covered in protective film

Installing the hooks and wire was easy i took my time drilling small pilot holes and did not over tighten the supplied wood screws

The frame was a good quality for the money but the caveat was the ad did not make it clear the the protective surface for your print was plastic
