The packing was substantial and undamaged and the frames edges were protected from damage also

Two caveats made me knock off one star

The first is that one the largest frames i got 24x36 was loose in the joints so the top edge of the frame bows out slightly if the frame is held up by that edge showing a gap between the art and frame

This isnt an issue because the frame is not suspended by the top edge but it is a small quality control issue

The other problem is the black finish of the frame leaving marks on lightcolored walls
