Pros

The quality of the product is always exceptional. The packaging is awesome! Very well packaged. These are so well cared for and always arrive in pristine condition.

Cons

The glass and the backing are sturdy but the frame itself is cheap. Super thin clear plastic front of the frame came scratched, also * cardboard backing. There is no real back on this, it's made of cardboard.

Cheap wood with innumerable defects. Way overpriced. Little more than dollar store quality at a hefty price.

Wobbly plexi glass and worst of all no way to hang it. Really flimsy feeling wood siding, came with a plastic picture cover. The glass is thin plexiglass.

It was sent to me already scratched. I also orders the box of 4 at the same time and 3 of them were scratched. Now i'm being inconvenienced by having to send them back. Deep gouges in the wood on all 4 sides.

A recently completed 20x20 puzzle fit perfectly in this well-made, lightweight frame.

The sizes are perfect, and it seems fairly sturdy.

This frame is sturdy, but light and my customer is elderly and she like to rearrange her frames.

The clips in the back are sturdy, there are 4 of them.

After looking around for a couple of hours for a frame of this size, most priced in the $40+ range, this for about $25 was just right.

A nicely put together frame at a bargain price

A few more dollars for wood and glass are worth it, avoid this piece of crap!

The price was reasonable, inserting the print easy peasy.

This time this is what the box looked like this and when i opened it the frame was undamaged, the factory box protected the frame.
