Pros

All of the mounting hardware and instructions come with the frame. Sturdy, solid and surprisingly heavy. Perfect for a painting.

Cons

It makes the picture looks hazy. The glass is a thick piece of plexiglas that adds a cloudy look to the pic, not to mention it is scratched.

Just don't waste your money on this. Going back.

And they are all dinged up and warped. Still mad at myself for choosing this frame for my concert posters.

It was rustic with all the hardware annd instructions you need to hang it.

Just what i was looking for at a great price

A shadowbox would've been entirely to large, not to mention very expensive.

In sum, at half the price it would have been a good buy.

So, for the price (a bit expensive for what it's really made of), i am a bit disappointed.

Shipping

I was a little hesitant due to the price but it was so worth it and the delivery was fast!

I was carefully packaged and arrived on time.

There was a mixup with the delivery of my order but customer service was impressive going above and beyond to get product i ordered to me.

Packaging/appearance

What i found very impressive was the packaging.

Packaged very well so no need to worry about damage.

I have bought from other brands that were not packed well and the frame was badly damaged.

Also the packaging was great so it didn't break in transit.

I am so impressed with the different sizes that craig frames offers.
