The seller got back to me within hours and are sending a replacement.
Update: they got the replacement acrylic to me in days and even upgraded it.
Packaging/appearance
It came in a very secure package and looks fabulous in my home
Unfortunately ups punched a hole though my acrylic facing, despite the excellent packaging.

When i unpacked this frame i was disappointed to discover that the miters were off on one miter i could see daylight through and 2 werent aligned very well

Reluctantly i contacted the seller and voiced my disappointment expecting to be told that id be issued a replacement when id sent the other one back probably on my dime

I sent that feedback at 745pm and by 445pm the next morning i had a response from trevor in customer service informing me that they were sending out a replacement frame no questions asked and that i could 34dispose of the other frame however i choose34
