Only slight issue ive noticed is when i empty the old water its a little challenging to get it all out due to how the opening is configured and located but i would not let that be a deterrent just a fyi

I dont believe that its safe to inhale essential oils for anyone so it really doesnt matter that you cannot use essential oils with this unit
