The blue one is the only one that get actually blue, and even then it's not as pigmented as crayola. These are the knock off or redone ones not the ones pictured on amazon.

Crayola needs to go back to the old formula. Maybe this is a known issue, maybe they contract these out to different makers and the result is always inconsistent. Maybe the next canister will work great, i don't know.
