Quality
The kit is easy to build and set up so my kids love it because it's a style of art/paint they haven't done before.
The assembly is easy and so setup is easy.
Cleans very easily and the whole contraption is pretty decent quality.
Paint seems quality enough as does the pendulum.
Price
No complaints, my niece has used it a couple of times now and is oddly amazed by it lol fairly priced for what you get and functionality.

Its fun for them but once the novelty wears off theyll probably do it every once in awhile since its not like drawing or painting where they control what they make and allows for constant creativity

I think the novelty of it makes it fun for them but i also think it gets old pretty quick too because its a bit repetitive

The designs end up looking the same pattern after a while because you can only swing the pendulum so many ways
