Pros & Cons
Pros
Used this kit to add dual z on a cr-10 printer. You need to square up the two sides of the gantry exactly or else it will bind and cause issues.
Cons
The wiring harness came completely messed up. There is no anti-backlash nut, but neither does the factory z.

Since this kit is for the cr10 i just used a cut of wheel and cut the lead screw down to the ender 3 size to match the other side and didnt use the top bearing support as the stock lead screw does not use one either

As a word of caution i would make sure your eccentric nuts on the x axis are adjusted properly as the dual z axis kit will make any issues very apparent

My wheels were not adjusted properly and i had a lot of issues with the stepper motors fighting each other as the wheels did not want to move

With that said there were a couple of issues to be aware of the motor wiring scheme was different from the u20 stepper so the pins needed to be moved around

Then the harness was wired up in parallel it worked on the way down the axis but my printer didnt have enough juice to bring it back up

Knocking off 1 star as it came with 0 usable instructions

Now if you are not mechanically inclined or hate to take things apart to see how they work this kit may pose a problem for you regardless of which printer you try to install it on as there are absolutely no instructions included with the kit

I did put backlash nuts on but it wasnt related to the nut that came with kit
