Pros

Standard pla prints turn out great. Good first prints are temperature towers, and other test articles to get the hang of dialing in the settings. Took my time adjusting the offset and leveling as i read the first layer is always the most important.

The creality ender3 neo is a great quality hobby grade fdm 3d printer. The filament detector built in is great. My local community college maker lab has 17 of them and swears by them.

The only complaint i have for this printer is that it is prone to stringing quite a bit. It still has quirks that can be fixed if creality choses to listen to the users.

Cons

This is not beginner friendly. All of the videos on the web are contradictory and skip half the steps. The product was advertised as having a larger build volume, then it has.

Customer support is non existent. Who puts glue on a cable clip?

Price

Got this for almost $200 below retail and have been printing all kinds of things with it.

For the price of this printer, it works great for everything i've wanted to print.

Shipping

I returned this one and i am waiting on the 2nd one to arrive.

Packaging/appearance

Be careful when taking it out of the box though, it's one big cable-attached piece that still needs to be physically mounted together.
