Pros
First layer extrusion width is perfect within a hundredth of a millimeter. Incredibly easy to do with a guillotine paper cutter. You really need this thing to be perfectly flat to work properly, or have mesh bed leveling.

Update installing this directly on the heated surface was definitely not the right method
