I absolutely love this upgrade, my print quality is way better than before and i love the new color screen.

Support email (which they provided with the product), and they got me the correct firmware.

I'm pretty bummed i could never get in touch with the seller.

Turns out the mainboard & screen was not flashed with the firmware i needed for the v2 printer.

Price

I bought an ender 3 pro on sale for a crazy price ($99 or $109 or something), so i felt some upgrades were worthwhile.

Would highly recommend this upgrade, and the company.

Shipping

Had to return my first board due to shipping damage but the replacement worked like a charm.

Response time was incredibly fast and helpful.

The parts were easy to install and everything worked right out of the box.

Competitiveness

All in all, if you are still running an 8-bit melzi board, i highly recommend this 32-bit upgrade.

I also added an all-metal hotend, metal extruder, and new capricorn premium xs bowden tubing intending to print nylon, abs, etc.

I tried the creality firmware i thought i had the right one but all it did was change the language to chinese and nothing worked properly.

These items made my ender 3 pro essentially noice free.
