Prints constantly fail, sometimes because of clogged nozzles. The seller seems unwilling to replace the defective printer.

Great starter printer, and look forward to using it more.
The cr touch failed in 2 weeks of using it, and i started having all sort of bugs, i contacted the manufacturer support, they are useless.
If you have problems printing, you can adjust whilst the machine is running to get the adhesion and z offset right.
Competitiveness
I upgraded from an ender 3 neo v1 and this is soo much better .
And the levelling is so much better than the older enders.
There are other printers in similar price range with same or more features, do not buy creality.

They told me basically to go through all sort of things at the end 34i34 fix it not sharing the solution due to frustration

Their warranty claim procedures shines by the lack of it they actually ask you for all sorts of personal info which specifically amazon says 34do not share34 for security reasons surely they must be able to sort with amazon and amazon with me but no they tried to cut corners and charge more for something that is faulty withing warranty

Unless you are prepared for long email trails and navigating through 34google translator34 chineseenglish instructions and are happy waiting for a solution supply etc
