Creality falcon 2 is an awesome alternative to a f50 laser. This is my third diode laser and by far the best one i've had. It's seems to be a good starter diodes laser and reasonable priced.
Honeycomb cutting table is necessary to minimize burn and soot marks on the piece being worked on. Does need titanium dioxide if working on tiles. The cuts are cleaner and less burnt.
This now allows me to engrave on cylindrical items. The 25000mm/min speed is impressive and it makes short work of any engraving project.
The versatility of this machine is inspiring. It operates smoothly and seems very accurate. After the assembly and installation process it is easy and intuitive to use.

Cons
Air assist is very loud and gives amber and a red warning light. Instructions are in broken english, instructional videos that come with the machine are not accurate or up to date. No response, no assistance, this is just awful.

From multiple groups i’m in, it’s seems to be a good starter diode laser and reasonable priced.
So factor that into the price when looking to purchase.
It comes at a very high price tag compared to 10w lasers but as the old saying goes "you get what you pay for.

It is packed with auto shut off, manual shutoff, fire detection, alarms, accidental tilting, etc.
The air assist is nicely packaged, comes complete with components and a few spares for the fiddly bits.

Dont confuse the 22 watt rating with a lot of the competing 3420 watt34 diode lasers

This one is 22 watts of optical power where the so called 20 watt lasers are frequently 34input power34 rather than output power and only put out 5 watts or so of optical output

This is great unfortunately this one had to be returned as it was 110v and i needed 230v i missed the fine print when ordering but the replacement was identical and i love it

However i managed to contact creality support via email on another query relating to the rotary chuck and they very kindly resolved the air assist issue by shipping me the correct air assist for 240v
