As i get better at managing zaxis control it is less of an issue but it can still happen

The adhesive is quite strong so alignment prior to allowing it to touch is critical

It took some effort to get the old one off and some xylene to remove the remaining adhesive

What worked was this product which replaces the original build surface which is an oem adhesive replacement pad that adheres to the aluminum board and is sold 3 for 21 on amazon which helped dramatically but not completely

This product prefers a base temp of 60 degrees c and you must turn off the economy switch to keep the base warm at 60 c so it continues to adhere
