Pros
This is for pla/petg that i tried so far. The second one is perfect and durable.
Cons
Pla only sticking to the nozzle. Pei was supposed to make petg stick like glue. Even pla tends to lift off of this surface, and petg adhesion is awful!

Adhesion is great, take care to not dig the hotend into the bed as you can scratch it with the hotend.
Packaging/appearance
The first one that i received was defective, did bubbles and the pei layer unstick from the metal sheet.
Was using a glass before and nothing would stick.

Ender 5 pro ive used the stock build plate and destroyed it in less than 48 hours used glass build plate from creality and it worked fine for a while then nothing stuck to it yes

I almost started peeling off the pei cause it seems like there is a layer that still needs to come off

Some people end up peeling this off cause it looks like it should well come off
