Very reliable even at high temps. Next task is to try some higher temp filaments to test out the higher temp functions.
All components fit perfectly. Than adjust the z height, this hot end is a little longer than the stock one. It fits on most models with minimal issues. It additionally fits wonderfully on my stock ender 3 pro.
Cons
Not so much high temp. It has a glass thermal sensor that are prone to failure.

Quality
The quality is there, right out of the box.
The flow rate is very smooth and i have not had any print issues in fact i think that the overall print quality is greatly improved.
Without the aux cooler the quality is significantly worse when printing at this high of a speed.
It is not compatible with the newer "neo" versions of the ender 3 line.
Price
I was having an over-temp problem that was intermittent so far this has cured the problem and the price didn't break the bank.
With the stock hotend i was able to get benchies printed in about 19 minutes.

Keep in mind this will not work in the neo versions of creality printers.
The hotend heats up very quickly, but most importantly, i've been able to print at much higher speeds.

You have to run a single wire back to the mainboard and then swap out the thermal cylinder from the original hotend
