Pros
It works great with bed temp at 45-50°c and nozzle at 200°c. This is borosilicate glass - so it is great for a uniformly heated bed plate, while also being excellent for higher heat situations.
Cons
But they're garbage for adhesion. It's not material or my machines. Do not buy.

Solved the adhesion issues i was having with the stock bed.
It’s just what i expected, looks amazing, works amazing, amazing quality and the delivery was faster than advertised
- to change the gcode to move the leaky line closer to the center, otherwise it will collide with the clamp.
2 fit well; i have not found a need for the clips that came with the replacement plate.
Packaging/appearance
Was kinda sceptical at first but this build surface easily exceeded my expectations.
It is glass so there is no flex and using a scraper would likely damage the special coating.
Take the glass bed out of the box.
The only struggle is removing the prints, but with a few minutes in the fridge it pops out!

The part was literally sitting on the surface loose once it cooled to room temps

If you use hairspray to make the print pop from the bed just put the bed in the freezer for 5min
