Pros

It's well designed, sturdy, and has a granite top. The granite top (especially for an item of this cost) is very good. It's a heavy duty cart with real granite. I clean the granite daily btw.

Each piece was labeled for a correctinstall. If you pay close attention, assembly is actually fun. As with all our assembly we go slow and make sure the instructions make sense and we are doing things correctly.

The bottom drawer is what i was wanting. The 2 cabinets are big enough for my rice cooker, some pans, crockpot, and other goodies. It has actual tracks for the drawers so they open & close nicely.

It fits well in my newly remodeled kitchen. I have ethan allen furniture and this cart fits beautifullywith my dining room set. It has heavy duty wheels so i can move it where i need it, as an island or push it out of the way. I love my island how it ... Read More

Although a bit pricey, it is laminate over solid wood and should last. Very sturdy, solid wood, good craftsmanship.

Cons

The cart can wobble dangerously on its casters when you move or just work on it. The holes for the drawers are too small (as are the drawers themselves), and had to be drilled bigger.

My husband had no trouble putting it toghther and says it is well made.

The cabinet is sturdier than the ones i have purchased in the past.

My instructions said to build the frame first, then turn it over and put the casters on, then turn the entire assembly back over.

We started the assembly and an hour later could not assemble the first 2 parts!

Price

There is nothing cheap about this cart it is well worth the price!

Worth every penny and i’m sure we will be enjoying it for years to come.

For what i paid it should have been without these flaws.

It was a little expensive but well worth it in the end!

Shipping

Told them the problem and the partswere shipped and received in a few days.

No damage at all, and shipped in lots of styrofoam.

I contacted the seller and within a week the missing part was at my house.

Our granite came one day and the rest showed up the very next day.

Packaging/appearance

The packaging was impressive and very secure.

The item came in 2 boxes and was packed very well.

The packaging also says made in thailand.

Packaging was exceptional, granite was wrapped very well.

Competitiveness

I used a ratcheting phillips screwdriver that i got at lowes several years ago, it makes putting the drawer screws in easier.

The instructions were much better than anything ikea has ever done.

All the parts fit together perfectly and unlike its competitors all the structural parts are solid wood rather than cheap particle board.
