I believe this is due to the acoustic design of the cups that does something to the sound to make it sound more 3d youll notice this even when your friend speaks to you as no music is playing

Unfortunately where theres lots of background noise it doesnt cancel it all out which sort of cover up the otherwise lovely audio quality

However ive deducted one star because i feel the cable isnt substantial enough it tends to get wrapped around things when its connected to the extension lead and cheapens the look a little
