Wouldve given 5 stars if the balloon came with a stringhole in it

My only criticism is that the balloon doesnt allow and even warns against using a string or ribbon see picture last sentence with it

I guess they want you to tape the balloon to the wall

Be sure to tape around the spot youll use to make a hole so thin foil doesnt rip
